We Are Evolving

In this time of GREAT CHANGE where the old smoke bows to the winds of love and peace, I wish you a life of dancing through your world, singing through your dreams, walking the steps of the true, and always, always, gazing above. 
This is the end of the Great Bak'tun, the Mayan Long Count calendar, which foretells a time of newness and harmony, changes for things that did not work, fast evolving of things that can, a chance for the honest and the poor to rise above any station and grace the world with wisdom, a time like no other - seen in the stars many thousands of years ago, by Masters.

On Sept 11, 2001 over 10,000 babies came into the world.

Excuse Me While I Die Of Fear And Pain

It's very simple: The fear of pain, the pain of fear, the agony of perhaps being dependent.

Trying, trying trying to move through life with legs that are long since retired. Left foot? Dead. Right leg? Knee buckled.

Searing fear, electric pain.

I have to keep moving through this journey, as I've been doing for almost 20 years now. Doing well. Caring for the dead (my foot) which is still attached to the living parts of me. Haven't lost even one single toe. Congratulations, Cathy!

Now I must let someone cut into me (again) and take something out (again) and ... will I have to ask for help? Damn damn damn I think I must. I know I will, I just KNOW it like I know the shape of my eyes. Lord it scares me to the bone.

Once upon a time I was stuck in gear. When I finally was able to shift, life was still waiting for me - hurray! With all the strange pains and familiar pleasures, I've been able to find a way to keep alive and in touch. So why the fear?

Because I've been there - I know. Trapped inside with no voice, no choice. I've already been there.

Many suffer great agonies in this world. I want to help, I do help. For me, nights are wonderful, looking at Luna and trying to see the stars in this city-world. Still, I listen carefully: Is anyone in pain? Is anyone calling for help? I stay alert, at the ready.

Now it's me, I'm calling into the night and frightened to the core of my being. Still I'm compelled to listen, to ask, to connect to my community of humans: is anyone in need?

Here I am. Do you see? Do you see?
Time to move on. Move into the fear, accept the pain...and
LIVE.

Venus Dances Across The Face Of Sol

That's VENUS transiting SOL our star.  I have absolutely no doubt you're aware of and waiting to watch this rare event.  June 5th into 6th, starting at sunset.  Use caution.

Please DON'T stare into the sun.  Using sunglasses won't protect your eyes either.  Use binocs or a scope and direct the image onto a piece of paper, you won't miss a thing. 

This bird crossing the path of Sol was captured 8 years ago in Indiana at the last transit.  Whew!

 

Thinking ...hurts

I'm just going to speak.

One brother in the last stages of MS who keeps isolated and won't engage family. Hurts hurts hurts.

Another brother who almost died to get well, with his non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, after radiation and chemo couldn't keep the stubborn cancer down he went for stem-cell transplantation. He's sick. Hurts hurts hurts.


Sister Sweet I watched die each day from Cancer.
Her laugh, her smile, her love, gone.
Hurts.  Hurts.  Hurts.





Both parents dead. Cancer.
Hurts hurts hurts.

Look at me! I'm the most fortunate - one leg is dead from the knee down with p. neuropathy, the other is alive in pain with sciatica, need a full hip and knee replacement, it hurts hurts hurts and I don't have time for this, I'm 62.

So what did I do last night? Hurt someone's feelings. Am I insane? This is a long-time, sweet friend and I left my senses at the door. Let me make this soup even thicker: she's very disabled. For her? Hurts hurts hurts.

I need a pill.
