Cathy Oh that rain! Never thought I would have missed that, yet when I touched down home on New Year's morning the first thing that greeted me was that stuff. Off home didnt seem to bother me but it did my driver.
Turning into my street made the pathways that shiny clean and on stopping it was still pouring down.
My walk up the sidewalk was only hampered by the raw sewage which came gushing down to greet me as all the drains were bursting beyond their capacity. That ouidous smell and wet feet never put me off but grreted me like an old comforting friend.
Who knows when I'll see that again?

Sorry I haven't been by in such a while. I have been busier than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs and now everyone in the house is sick...inc. me.
