Here be my heart, Lord,

e'er beating with love -

soft, pure and gentle

as wings from a dove.

               

Now do I think

upon this, Thy great deed -

of conquering death

for all souls in need.

                    

Take then my gratitude,

I am but praise -

for one day my soul, from it's sleep

You will raise.
